Exploring services and what they are and then discussing our definition and perception of design. The talk explores the value to business and the public sector and what happens when we don’t design services.  


The methods of Service Design

We unpack the tools and processes ands explore their value and application to organisations. From finding the root cause, and methods to solve, current challenges to exploring future strategic trends and possibilities, this session will leave a lasting impact on your organisation. 


Activities

In longer sessions, we will develop exercises around specific tools, processes or specific topics that apply to your organisational challenges and opportunities.
